Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a Production Manager to be based out of Milford, UT.
Reporting to Production, this person primary focus will be to plan, organize, and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
What you'll do:
Develop, implement, manage, and communicate plans to establish internal manufacturing within quality, production, and financial objectives.
Responsible for developing and managing a team to be responsible for Extrusion and other production departments.
Implement, enforce, and analyze quality and tracking programs to meet quality objectives and correct detected.
Forecast, set, and manage production budgets and implement cost control program.
Plan and maintain resources for the department (people, equipment, etc.
) to ensure on-time attainment of production and service requirements at the best cost and highest quality.
Proactively identify and implement process and quality improvements and initiate corrective and/or preventive actions when out of compliance.
What you'll bring:
5 to 8 years of PVC experience; or an equivalent number of years of education and work experience.
High school diploma required.
Associate degree in business administration, management, engineering, or industrial technology preferred.
Minimum 5 years of PVC Extrusion experience preferred.
Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred.
Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project Exposure to Computer Aided Maintenance Programs.
Effective leadership skills and problem-solving techniques is a must.

Within 3 months, you'll:
Complete your Atkore immersion program.
Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore's strategy.
Identifying skillsets for each employee reporting to you and their team.
Gain an understanding of the training materials and procedures your team owns.
Within 6-months, you'll:
Update training materials and procedures.
Partner with Safety and HR to investigate and provide corrective measures for on-the-job accidents, injuries, production issues, and HR issues.
Identify ways to strengthen the team's commitment to Atkore's core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect and Excellence.
Within 12-months, you'll:
Be managing an efficient team that delivers Atkore's strategy.
Create and update reports, training materials and documentation.
Have meaningful performance conversations with your direct reports.
Be able to resolve any issues quickly and safely.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
